      Yes there is some fine writing coming out of Lost Daughters – and I say that not just as an interested party but as a writer. I think it is right that we feel the loos because we were more or less adults and were conscious of what was happening but the babies also felt the loss but were too young to have any understanding of what was happening other than we were gone.
