Remembered but not recalled

People want to believe that none of this is true.  That the so-called “better life” is better for a child than his or her own family. But in this article they discuss the trauma that a child goes through when it is removed from the person it has known for nine months, its mother.

Although it talks about addiction, I don’t think addiction is always a component.

This is National Adoption Awareness Month.  May the real message get out there.
